For over ten years I worked in banking and the automotive industry. I was good at pushing through. Early starts, late finishes, meals grabbed between meetings, and the quiet belief that exhaustion was just the price of being capable. For a long time, it worked. Until it did not.

The wake-up call

It did not arrive as one dramatic moment. It crept in: the energy that never came back after rest, the brain fog in conversations where I used to feel sharp, the sense that I was managing my life rather than living it. I had been treating my body like it would keep up forever, and it was finally asking me to listen.

What changed

Rebuilding my health was not about a strict diet or a punishing new routine. It was about working with my body instead of against it: steadying my energy, supporting the systems I had been overriding for years, and letting go of the idea that more effort was always the answer. Slowly, I came back to myself.

Why I coach

That process changed my life enough that it became my work. I became a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach because I know exactly what it feels like to be successful on paper and depleted underneath. If you are there now, I want you to know it can be different, and you do not have to figure it out alone.
